2). Product Care<\/b><\/div>\n
We use Fruit of the Loom ‘super premium’ t-shirts.<\/div>\n
When washing full colour prints, please turn inside out and wash at 30 degrees.<\/div>\n
Although our t-shirts are made by a\u00a0world class quality supplier (Fruit of the Loom), we would advise against\u00a0tumble drying them. To prevent shrinkage, we recommend strongly\u00a0that you allow your garment\u00a0to dry naturally instead.<\/div>\n

3). Disclaimer<\/b><\/div>\n
There may be a\u00a0small difference between the colour of the image on the garment and the colour of that shown on your\u00a0screen. This discrepancy\u00a0may arise because\u00a0the printing process is not an exact science. However,\u00a0we always do our best to replicate the colours of the\u00a0t-shirt displayed as accurately as possible.<\/div>\n

4). Delivery<\/b><\/div>\n
Orders will be sent by standard delivery within 10 working days.<\/div>\n
For bulk orders, we shall e-mail you at the time of ordering.<\/div>\n
Please wait 15 working days from the date of your order to allow for any unforeseen\u00a0delays in the delivery network. Many items, if too large to post through your letterbox may require a signature so please check that a card has not been left in your absence instructing you to make contact with your local sorting office.<\/div>\n
If after waiting\u00a0for 15 working days\u00a0your delivery has still not arrived, then please e-mail us at admin@airoltd.co.uk<\/a> and we shall\u00a0resolve the matter forthwith.<\/div>\n

5). Returns<\/b><\/div>\n
We hope that you like your purchase however if you\u00a0need to return a product, then please, For UK CUSTOMERS\u00a0\u00a0:-<\/div>\n
i).\u00a0\u00a0E-mail us at admin@airoltd.co.uk<\/a> with the subject ‘Returns’. Include\u00a0your order number (provided in your confirmation e-mail) and the reason you wish to return the product.<\/div>\n
ii). You are responsible for any return postage charges unless we agree that\u00a0the product sent to you is\u00a0faulty.<\/div>\n
iii). Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.<\/div>\n

ii). International customers\u00a0are responsible for their own\u00a0return postage costs. If upon examination, we agree that the goods are faulty,\u00a0we shall reimburse your costs in returning the product to us.<\/p>\n
